Vendors will be able to begin unloading Friday at noon. Black piping and curtains will be set up. Details and load in locations will be sent out in an email. Vendors will be allowed into the Vendor area all evening Friday until the Vendor area closes to begin the VIP party 9pm, to which vendors with badges are welcome!
Begins at 6pm on Sunday. Vendors will not be permitted to pack up early due to the safety of attendees and loading bays will not be accessible. Vendor room access? Vendors will be allowed into the Vendor area Saturday and Sunday 1-hour before opening.
Vendors will NOT be permitted into the Vendor area after the Vendor area closes to the public without security present.
Vendor Room Hours? Vendor room hours open to the public. Saturday 10am to 7pm and Sunday 10am to 6pm.
Do I get electricity? Electric is an additional $30 for the weekend, must be requested when applying and due when the booth is paid for, if you decide at a later date you need power, it may or may not be accessible due to the floor set.
When do I have to pay? Payment is due in full to secure your space. $300 for a 10x10 space and $400 for a 10x20. Your vending fee includes two general admission passes to the event.
I can’t attend, what do I do? If you need to cancel, please email us ASAP firstname.lastname@example.org and we will issue a 80% refund of your booth fee. At this current time, refunds requested for the 2021 event will not be issued until after the 2021 event concludes. You can roll over your booth to the following year.
If you would like to transfer your booth you can fill out the linked form. (https://form.jotform.com/210355277484055 ). The vendor you are transferring your booth to must be applicable, must fill out a vendor application to conclude the exchange. We have no involvement in any money exchange/finding vendor.
I want to be next to/away from/have my space moved, what do I do? There will be a time frame after the vendor packet is sent out for booth adjustments. Once this window is closed, no changes will be made.

Please post signs that clearly start “NO PHOTOS”, they must be large enough to see from a distance. We can not enforce this with customers or news media.
Dead Con reserves the right to revoke vendors/presenters/performers from the event for any reason at any time. For the safety of our attendees Dead Con reserves the right to conduct a criminal background check on vendors/presenters/performers, results of which will remain private.
